Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

This is a portrait of Sarge, a German shepherd who is part of a family up in Alaska. The original is in Alaska, but this giclee print can be in your home. My very first dog, Bill, back up in N. Michigan, was a German Shepherd, so doing this piece evoked a number of memories. There is also a second portrait of Sarge that can be seen on my web site at www.potrafka.myexpose.com . Due to the original dimensional recycled mixed media that I work with, the edges are ragged and irregular. I have attempted to keep that look with the edge showing on the surface of this giclee print.
I have been a producing artist for over 30 years, starting out as a potter/sculptor back in my native Michigan. I now paint, work with mixed media, and a bit of photography. . .and now and then, a little clay! I have become known primarily for my work in a dimensional, recycled mixed media w/acrylic, and all of my originals are also available as prints and as cards. Joining Fine Arts America has led me to pull out some of my old images, and to find a renewed interest and pleasure in the techniques and styles that I have passed through over the past few years.
