One of two (other will be posted soon) from a strange night. This is not my normal work, but then again, I have absolutely no discipline in my art, so accept little responsibility for what comes out! Description? I guess this is your basic bright green owl with a long crooked nose, sitting on a tree branch in front of the moon.
I have been a producing artist for over 30 years, starting out as a potter/sculptor back in my native Michigan. I now paint, work with mixed media, and a bit of photography. . .and now and then, a little clay! I have become known primarily for my work in a dimensional, recycled mixed media w/acrylic, and all of my originals are also available as prints and as cards. Joining Fine Arts America has led me to pull out some of my old images, and to find a renewed interest and pleasure in the techniques and styles that I have passed through over the past few years.
