This is one of my personal favorites in the series of abstracted trees. When I finished it, it was obvious that these trees were dancing, not just growing. Perhaps a lesson for all of us. Life is much to short to just hand around. Anyway, I have always enjoyed seeing purple trees against a red background, haven't you?
About Wayne Potrafka
I have been a producing artist for over 30 years, starting out as a potter/sculptor back in my native Michigan. I now paint, work with mixed media, and a bit of photography. . .and now and then, a little clay! I have become known primarily for my work in a dimensional, recycled mixed media w/acrylic, and all of my originals are also available as prints and as cards.
