This piece steps you into another world, up steps to the unknown. The original work was heavily textured, as it was built up in layers of paint. As in most of my work, color and texture are dominant, subject matter secondary. This work has a fantasy character to it that seems to draw you into joining on the trip to the unknown beyond.
